The Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager of YTL REIT, wishes to announce that:-

a. the frequency of revaluation of YTL REIT’s real estate assets has been changed from triennially to at least once during each financial year effective the financial year ending 30 June 2014.

b.Revaluations of YTL REIT’s entire portfolio of real estate assets have been carried out (“Revaluations”).
